ez Networking has a wide variety of support options and services. Our engineers are Microsoft Certified Professionals, Symantec Technical Specialists, Cisco and Juniper trained.They have access to our internal knowledgebase as well as support information from our partners not accessible to the public. And if our partners need to be involved, we can create a case for you and do the follow-up untill the issue is resolved.

Our engineers are available from 8:00 till 18:00 and depending on the Support Contract even 24/7 with a dedicated Support Engineer.

ez Remote Support

In order to quickly resolve your issue, ez Networking Engineers can, with your consent, capture your screen, so you can show us your issue, we understand it quicker, and resolve it faster. Just click on the round support icon in the upper right side of our website and provide the engineer with the connection info displayed
